Ana Quintana, our division’s Sr. Business Systems Analyst, provides technical support and guidance for the selection and implementation of new technologies. Ana is available to provide internal customers with one-on-one consultation, application troubleshooting assistance, research of new possibilities, and to resolve hardware and software issues. Ana is our primary liaison to the University of Miami IT Department (UMIT).

Major systems supported:

Facilities Management:

  • TMA - Work Order Management System
  • i-Service - Work Order Service Request
  • Ecova - Utility bill processing, analysis, sustainability application
  • Fuel Master - Fuel tracking system to monitor fuel consumption by vehicle.
  • nSide - GIS platform which provides service to map underground utilities and other geographic needs of other departments

Design and Construction:

  • Projecto - Project Management System to create and manage construction projects

Parking and Transportation:

  • T2 - Parking application that issues, tracks and manages all of UM permits, citations and enforcement.

Real Estate:

  • RE Portfolio - Property management application used as a data repository for all university leases.
